Revolutionising Dining: Rustico’s App Design Journey
The Brief
Fizzy Apple proudly presents our latest venture with Rustico, a cherished restaurant client with over a decade of successful Neapolitan dining franchises across the Southeast of the UK. Having previously collaborated on Rustico’s website design, they employed us to work alongside our app developers in order to create a Rustico ordering platform which would become available in the Apple Store and the Google Play store. Our mission was clear: develop a user-friendly app to streamline the online ordering process, foster customer retention, and inspire loyalty among Rustico’s patrons.
The Concept
Our concept for Rustico’s app design centered around creating a seamless and intuitive user experience that mirrors the restaurant’s warm and inviting atmosphere. Working in partnership with our dedicated app development team, we provided brand assets to the customised online ordering platform, ensuring Rustico’s strong brand aesthetic shone throughout. Focused on simplicity, the app ensured that customers could effortlessly browse the menu, place orders, and make reservations with just a few taps. To encourage customer retention and loyalty features such as personalised recommendations based on past orders, exclusive deals and discounts for app users, and a loyalty program rewarding frequent diners with special perks and rewards.
